And soon enough you end up back on the hamster wheel of trying every split and getting nowhere...

And in 2026 the rage still seems to be grounding, cold plunges and 'biohacking'.
Now I'm no fitness snob (ok maybe a bit)..
But does anyone believe 90 minutes of grounding whilst tanning your taint and listening to 420Hz sine waves each morning will change your life?
I'd like to believe not..
But I'd STILL prefer you did this than nothing.
